We gained planning permission for this house late 2024
Our client had completed several smaller developments with ourselves, and they returned in 2024 after purchasing a large but dated home in the Four Oaks estate. They wished to double the size of the property, adding bespoke features such as a gym complex with steam room, sauna and cold plunge. They didn’t wish to stop there for they wanted a large games room with bar area for entertaining, as well as family cinema, An open plan kitchen family dining space that would open up to the garden with court yard for entertaining guests.

The external design incorporated an out door cinema, where a projection screen would come down from the glazed canopy with seating so you can make best use of the evening sunshine, whilst still being entertained.
The doors to the gable side room open up which house an outdoor kitchen that can be made fully indoors should the british weather not be favourable, but still with enough glazing that you don’t feel that you have had to make that much of a compromise for a little drizzle.
landscaping is designed to enhance the outdoor coming in here, so that you feel the connection with the outside. The roof glazing also allows for use in the colder months - used to warm the space and allow for semi alfresco dining but with ample coverage, utilising the doors to allow for breeze control giving luxury with that added zeal for practicality make the space work for you in every season.
The covered out door dining area leads into a generous bar with games / billiards room beyond. Also to double with seating for the whole family to join in with the games / activites on hand.
